They are
considered one of the ten most beautiful places in Italy to swim: the
emerald pools of Tramonti di Sopra, along the course of the Meduna, are
a truly special corner inserted in one of the wildest naturalistic
contexts of the Dolomites.

1950s to produce electricity, Lake Redona is an artificial lake located
between the municipalities of Tramonti di Sopra and Tramonti di Sotto.
Around the lake you can take beautiful scenic trails.

Toppo, in the municipality of Travesio, preserves the remains of the medieval
castle that dominated the plain and the village below. A
beautiful cycle path connects the village of Toppo to the capital
Travesio.

Maniago is
famous all over the world for the production of knives
and all kinds of cutting tools. In the Museum of Blacksmith Art and
Cutlery workplaces are reconstructed and the main past and present
productions of the city industry are exhibited.

Spilimbergo is
home to the prestigious Friuli Mosaic School,
an institution founded in 1922 and now internationally known. The
School teaches roman, byzantine and modern mosaic techniques, but also
experiments with aesthetic and functional solutions applied to the
contemporary world.

The town is
considered one of the pearls of Friuli Venezia Giulia, known
internationally for the production of smoked trout and above all of a ham
with an inimitable flavor, the result of a millenary tradition and a
unique microclimate.

temple of speleologists, the Pradis Cave
boasts the prehistoric presence of men and animals. Near the cave it is
possible to visit the Pradis Caves Museum, which contains numerous
paleontological and archaeological finds from the caves and the
territory.

naturalistic beauties of the small village of Frisanco, inserted in the
Friulian Dolomites Park, blend with the architectural ones of the
characteristic stone and wooden houses, where large balconies open onto
